Abstract

Dans un contexte de fort développement du marché du bio et d'émergence du CE nord-nord, cette recherche vise à étudier les réactions des consommateurs (experts / non experts en matière de CE) par rapport au CE nord-nord. Pour ce faire, en se basant sur une revue des travaux existants et sur une méthodologie qualitative, cette recherche illustre les perceptions et les interprétations données par des consommateurs de marques qui sont équitables et/ou bio et locaux. Les entretiens semi-directifs seront le mode de recueil privilégié dans cet article.
