Abstract

Les chercheurs en études organisationnelles privilégient le rapport aux données primaires dans la conduite de leurs recherches ; la connaissance ne pouvant a priori se produire que sur un réel accessible. Dans ce sens, la fiction sous ses différentes formes ne peut avoir au mieux qu'une prétention d'illustration de phénomènes organisationnels, dans la mesure où elle ne peut postuler au statut de connaissance. Suggérant que la connaissance scientifique est de valeur équivalente à la connaissance fictionnelle et après avoir posé différents enjeux autour du rapport entre fait et fiction, notre article examine les différentes portées de la fiction pour la compréhension des phénomènes organisationnels.
