Abstract

L'économie politique de l'humanitaire suppose deux dimensions : - D'une part, elle fait référence au rôle " volontaire " des hommes dans la recherche de la satisfaction des besoins du plus grand nombre. - L'intervention humanitaire est une action de force entreprise, au niveau international par des Etats pour mettre fin à des violations organisées et systématiques du droit humanitaire sur le territoire d'un autre Etat. Elle implique à la fois des actions humanitaires civiles, mais aussi militaires.
