Abstract

The business support environment is undergoing profound changes. The adaptation of incubators is becoming more than necessary. While this adaptation has been described in the literature, their capabilities to do so remains unknown. To fill this gap, our qualitative study shows that some incubators are developing dynamic capabilities. These are based on the lean management managerial approach. The main contribution of this article is to highlight the entrepreneurial process generated by these capabilities. It transforms incubators into companies like others seeking greater productivity in their business support.
