Abstract

Dans ce travail de recherche, nous étudions la perception qu'ont les utilisateurs des rapports annuels de l'utilité des informations sur les actifs immatériels publiées par les entreprises cotées dans les décisions d'investissements dans les actions nouvellement émises, et plus largement dans leur évaluation. Les résultats mettent en évidence l'utilité manifeste des informations liées à l'innovation, au capital client et à l'équipe dirigeante. Notre enquête révèle en revanche l'insatisfaction des utilisateurs quant au contenu et au niveau d'offre d'informations. Ils estiment par ailleurs que la diffusion de ces informations est motivée avant tout par la volonté des entreprises d'apporter une précision accrue à l'appréciation de leur valeur.
