Abstract

During the last years, an increasing number of papers in management science have studied the link between innovation practices and CSR engagement. However, those works rarely enlightened the ways through which these practices may strengthen CSR engagement. This study shows simultaneously that integration of stakeholders in a creativity and innovation strategy and implementation of a positive organizational context, consolidate relations between innovation and CSR.
