Abstract

On assiste depuis une vingtaine d'années à un envol des investissements internationaux dans le foncier agricole. Comment expliquer cet appétit de terres cultivables ? Quels en sont les acteurs et les cibles ? Et comment interpréter cette marchandisation du foncier dans le capitalisme financiarisé ?
