Abstract

De la même façon que l'acheteur peut contribuer à fragiliser le tissu industriel national par une stratégie de court terme, privilégiant la délocalisation et la politique du moins disant, il peut être un acteur clef du développement économique. Pièce maîtresse d'une collaboration durable entre les GE et PME, il peut faciliter et accélérer l'avènement d'innovations, l'accès au marché pour un plus grand nombre et par inférence la croissance et l'emploi sur les territoires.
