Abstract

Le travail se transforme et avec lui toute la société. Les débats sur son futur ont été particulièrement vifs ces trois dernières années, (re)lancés par les discussions autour du digital, du travail indépendant, des pluri-actifs (slashers), du revenu universel, ou encore de questions sur les nouvelles formes de management, de solidarité et de gouvernance. Centrés tantôt sur l'emploi, le travail ou encore les pratiques de management, ces débats ont eu un mérite : rendre visible la multiplicité des avenirs possibles du travail.
