Abstract

La Gestion des Ressources Humaines est, en 2018 comme depuis plusieurs années ainsi qu'en témoignent les éditions récentes des congrès de l'AGRH, sous le feu roulant des tensions et des innovations caractéristiques de la période d'intenses transformations que nous vivons. Celles-ci tentent de dépasser les limites économiques, sociales, écologiques et environnementales des modèles de développement de nos sociétés modernes et, plus récemment, de profiter des formidables opportunités en lien avec la révolution numérique.
