Abstract

Climate Change (CC) is a major challenge of our century. Mastering the constraints of emissions of Greenhouse Effect Gases (GHG) by transformation into opportunities, to increase organization of industrial production, has become a managerial necessity. Thfs issue of emissions from GEZ in organizations, shows the main reason for this adoption. The latter lay in the efficiency of energy conservation and responsible joints that are developed to determine the implementation and deployment of carbon finance for organizations in terms of Responsible Management. Technology should play a role in the subsequent transition to a more sustainable management model, responsible and sustain.able. Through three empirical studies, . a wellknown case study and a survey of managerial and organizational practices for reducing CO2 emissions,. our paper is to identify the organizational, managerial, environmental and technological factors facilitating ecological transition. Thereafter we will try to understand the appropriation of sustainable and responsible impacts underlying realities and prospects of the Euro-African basin.
