L’Observatoire de la compétitivité durable (OCD), un instrument au service de l’émergence et de la diversification en Afrique

Abstract

La compétitivité est une obsession quel que soit le niveau de développement. Les pays africains sont particulièrement sensibles au phénomène du fait des exigences de diversification et des besoins qui naissent de la croissance démographie. La Fondation pour les études et recherches sur le développement international (ferdi) a mis en place un Observatoire de la compétitivité durable (ocd) qui couvre l'ensemble de l'Afrique sur trois dimensions : vulnérabilités, attractivité et compétitivité-prix. L'article présente cet observatoire et situe son intérêt en traitant du renouveau de la Côte d'Ivoire.
