Abstract

Le design thinking (DT) se présente comme une méthode de créativité collective particulièrement adaptée à la résolution des problèmes pernicieux. Cependant les travaux sur le DT prennent peu en compte le caractère ouvert des problèmes pernicieux. Nous développons un modèle de la capacité d'une équipe créative à adresser un problème pernicieux basé sur une étude qualitative comparative de quatre projets DT. Cette recherche suggère de développer une démarche permettant une problématisation progressive, la création d'un climat de confiance et la production de résultats de recherche intermédiaires pour alimenter le débat.
