Abstract

Cet article s'attache à la transmission des savoirs, à la manière dont elle modifie et donne du sens aux espaces de travail. Il s'appuie sur une démarche menée auprès d'une entreprise européenne qui mène des actions d'accompagnement auprès des seniors en reprise d'activité professionnelle. . Quels processus d'accompagnement des seniors en situation de handicap ? Dans le cadre d'une étude de cas, des entretiens ont été menés afin de produire une théorie des modalités d'accompagnement qui implique des interactions dans la prise en compte d'autrui que suppose l'insertion des seniors. La négociation de chemins éducatifs entre sujets différents permet à l'organisation sociale d'imaginer de nouveaux espaces de travail afin de contribuer au vivre ensemble.
