Abstract
Le téléphone mobile est dans toutes les poches de vos clients et/ou de vos prospects… Il constitue donc un outil très intéressant parce qu'il peut vous permettre de tous les toucher rapidement et à tout moment. Divers paramètres font que vous devrez, si vous optez pour des solutions de marketing mobile, prendre beaucoup de précautions et vous entourez des conseils de professionnels. Le m-marketing n'est pas une aventure : il repose sur l'élaboration d'une stratégie qui vous permettra de rendre efficiente(s) la ou les solutions que vous déciderez de développer dans un souci de complémentarité avec les outils de communication mis en place par ailleurs.
