Contingence de la décision: influence de la situation sur le recueil et la prédiction du choix

Abstract

La prédiction du comportement pose problème: les séries de choix font référence à une certaine contingence, liée notamment à des facteurs contextuels et situationnels. Une méthode expérimentale de recueil de données de choix tenant compte de cette contingence est alors proposée; à partir de ces données, l'intérêt théorique, managérial et méthodologique de la prise en compte de cette contingence dans l'étude et la prédiction des comportements de choix sont analysés. En particulier, la prise en compte de la situation aboutit à des résultats prédictifs différents et, semble-t-il, à un processus plus complexe qu'un choix hors situation.
