Les facteurs critiques de l’adoption de l’échange de données informatisé dans le secteur de l’aéronautique

Abstract

L'Echange de Données Informatisé (EDI) correspond à un système d'information intra et inter-organisationnel dont l'adoption a modifié le fonctionnement de la chaine logistique. Nous procédons tout d'abord à une revue de la littérature relative aux facteurs empiriques qui participent de l'adoption ou du rejet d'un système d'information de type EDI. Suivant la méta-analyse de Narayanan et al. (2009), nous identifions cinq catégories de facteurs explicatifs (externes, internes, bénéfices anticipés, opérationnels, inter-organisationnels) potentiellement mobilisables. Nous appliquons ensuite cette grille de lecture à un secteur qui a peu fait l'objet d'études en ce domaine : le secteur aéronautique. Notre approche du secteur aéronautique s'effectue à partir du cas d'une société représentative du groupe Hutchinson. L'étude montre que des facteurs internes, inter-organisationnels et opérationnels exercent des effets dissuasifs à l'adoption d'un EDI – avec une prééminence des facteurs internes. Nous terminons notre étude par une discussion des résultats.
