Abstract

Si l'on présente souvent le supply chain management comme étant le nerf de la guerre du E-commerce, force est de constater qu'il ne peut pas y avoir de e-commerce sans emballage ! Mais de quel emballage parle-t-on ? Un même emballage peut-il à la fois remplir des fonctions logistiques et des fonctions marketing ? L'étude que nous avons réalisée auprès de consonautes de la génération Y apporte des éléments de réponse intéressants et propose des pistes de réflexion aux acteurs des e-supply chains.
