Abstract

L'objet du présent article est de proposer une introduction à la connaissance des Réseaux de Neurones Artificiels (RNA), fondements de méthodes qui, après les sciences exactes, intéressent aujourd'hui les sciences humaines. Une vision à la fois panoramique et historique de l'intérêt qu'ils ont suscité et des concepts de base permet d'introduire une présentation de leur mode de fonctionnement et de leurs avantages. Au-delà, cet article révèle les points-clés de la mise en œuvre des RNA, propose une application commentée sur un cas pratique et dresse un panorama de l'utilisation des RNA en marketing.
