Abstract

La lettre de vente aide le lecteur dans sa prise de décision (présenter l'offre, lever les freins et motiver à renvoyer le coupon). Les différents degrés de pression persuasive augmentent donc le segment de clients qui répondent jusqu'à un certain point à découvrir. La recherche empirique est centrée sur la structure de surface (système périphérique) : typographie, présentation, vocabulaire, signature, Post-Scriptum… Get article présente quelques notions essentielles pour fonder une recherche sur la structure profonde (système central). Nous introduisons d'abord le schéma de la décision cognitive dans un processus de résolution de problème. Nous insistons ensuite sur les mécanismes de la mémoire pendant la lecture car ce sont les limites naturelles du traitement de l'information. Enfin nous résumons les points importants sur la structure du texte en psycholinguistique.
