Abstract

Les salariés s'expriment de plus en plus sur leur entreprise à travers des contributions sur des sites comme Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn…. Nous montrons d'abord comment les traces numériques, volontaires ou non, construisent la présence numérique des salariés et la présence numérique des entreprises. A travers six études de cas, nous décrivons ensuite comment les entreprises gèrent la présence numérique de leurs salariés.
