Abstract

Une théorie des systèmes sociaux peut-elle contribuer à appréhender la question socio-économique de la norme? Pour répondre à cette question, cet article expose la vision de Niklas Luhmann, sociologue allemand ayant passé sa vie à décrire et théoriser les systèmes sociaux. Plutôt ignoré de nos contemporains, sa phénoménologie déshumanisée dépeint avec acuité l'évolution d'une société globale vers un transfert systématique du risque sur les individus et dénonce, avant la survenance des crises ayant ponctué ces 15 dernières années, l'hégémonie du système économique.
