Abstract

Cette recherche s'intéresse à la GPEC élargie au territoire. Après une analyse de la notion de territoire comme un espace de gestion où des logiques prescrites et construites peuvent se chevaucher, nous proposons une typologie des formes de Gestion Territoriale des Emplois et des Compétences (GTEC) adossée aux origines de la notion de territoire et à ses principes sous-jacents. La construction de notre cadre conceptuel s'appuie sur de rares recherches dans le champ de la Gestion Territoriale des RH (GTRH). Les éléments de différenciation retenus sont mis à l'épreuve dans deux études de cas qui viennent confirmer l'existence de logiques de GTEC particulières et l'intérêt d'intégrer le territoire comme un espace de gestion à la croisée de formes de GPEC distinctes.
