L'avenir de la recherche en matière de décision collective d'achat

Abstract

Parmi les groupes susceptibles d'influencer les comportements d'achat, l'entreprise et la famille sont probablement ceux qui ont été les plus étudiés en marketing. En ce qui concerne la famille comme "centre d'achat", deux excellentes synthèses ont été publiées il y a une dizaine d'années (Davis, 1976; Rigaux-Bricmont, 1978a). Pour l'achat industriel, c'est-à-dire celui qu'une organisation conduit en vue d'acquérir les biens et services nécessaires à son fonctionnement, des références de valeur restent certainement celles de Webster et Wind (1972) et Nicosia et Wind (1977). On peut aussi signaler l'ouvrage de Pras et Tarondeau consacré au "comportement de l'acheteur" (1981). L'objet des quelques pages qui suivent est de donner un aperçu des principales contributions théoriques et empiriques les plus récentes ainsi que d'esquisser quelques voies de recherche qui paraissent prioritaires.
