Abstract

Le texte se propose d'actualiser des publications plus anciennes à propos des facteurs de la concurrence spatiale (Colletis et Pecqueur, 1993, 2005). Nous montrons comment les notions de ressource territoriale et de patrimoine territorial permettent de comprendre le processus de construction du territoire et d'analyser la pertinence des politiques publiques locales qui s'y rattachent. La ressource territoriale trouve sa place dans une relecture de la mondialisation et de son corollaire, la proximité géographique.
