Abstract

Les trois fonctions publiques et la Sécurité sociale sont confrontées depuis plusieurs années à des changements qui bouleversent en profondeur leurs modes de fonctionnement et leurs pratiques. À l'appui de sept études de cas, des chercheurs et des praticiens analysent la conduite de ces changements dans différents services publics. Ce livre a été conçu et coordonné par Delphine Espagno-Abadie et Adrien Peneranda, tous deux maîtres de conférences à Sciences Po Toulouse.
