Abstract

La complexité, environnementale et organisationnelle, précède la mise en œuvre de la simplification des process dans les organisations. Alors que libérer l’entreprise apparaît comme un enjeu pour l’innovation, dans une culture très processuelle ce choix radical peut s’avérer un échec ou conduire à des effets inverses. L’étude de cas de Volkswagen Groupe France permet d’illustrer la manière dont l’implémentation de la simplification, en tant qu’innovation organisationnelle, peut conduire à un processus de libération de l’entreprise. Nos résultats concernent les antécédents, les modalités ainsi que les effets de la simplification. L’étude de cas confirme la nature de la simplification en tant qu’innovation organisationnelle et son influence vers une libération de l’entreprise. Elle met en évidence des résultats significatifs en termes de gain de temps et de satisfaction des salariés.
