Abstract

This contribution joins in the continuity of the researches that question the crisis of management models. Models or communication practices are also involved as participant in the construction of a symbolic universe, disconnected from a sensitive reality and alienated in performance objectives. Also, our goal is to report a concrete and alternative educational proposal, that attempts to integrate these critical researches. This research-action involving choreographers, improvisation specialists, was carried by the universities of Grenoble in order to feed pedagogy by research and develop transferable plans of training in organizations.
