Abstract

L'éthique des affaires prend une importance croissante pour les multinationales. Toutefois, les processus de management de l'éthique et leurs conséquences, positives ou négatives, sont encore mal connus. Notre recherche vise, à travers une approche exploratoire basée sur sept mini-cas, à mieux comprendre la manière dont les outils éthiques (charte éthique, formation éthique, valeurs d'entreprise...) « voyagent » au sein des entreprises multinationales, et dont ils sont utilisés par les employés des différentes filiales. Les résultats montrent que la diversité culturelle devrait être prise en considération dans l'élaboration, la diffusion et l'adaptation des outils éthiques des multinationales, en vue de faciliter leur implémentation et d'en renforcer les effets positifs sur la performance.
