Abstract

Should we limit Russian geo-economics only by energy and defense industries or should we rather take into account the internalization of Russian companies ? In this step forward Russia confirms its integration into the economy overall or even builds champions who have mission to develop commercial, technological and financial supremacy. Can we distinguish the strategy of the Russian State in this increased power or on the contrary it is about opportunities linked to the corporate business strategy of these enterprises? Finally, will Russia's expected entry in the World Trade Organization in 2011 modify comportments and allow the application of rule of the game for free competition and competiveness?
