Quelles aides compensatoires pour l'agriculture bretonne ?

Abstract

Quelles seront les conséquences de la mise en oeuvre des dispositions de la nouvelle PAC qui marquent un changement substantiel en matière de soutien à l'agriculture ? Chaque exploitation bretonne devrait bénéficier en moyenne d'une aide de l'ordre de 25 000 francs en 1996. La plus grande partie des aides sera assise sur les grandes cultures (53%) et le maïs fourrage (35%). Le montant des aides reste fortement corrélé avec la dimension des exploitations puisqu'il varie dans le rapport de 1 à 24 pour les grandes cultures. Le gel des terres va toucher 30% des exploitations concernées par les grandes cultures et atteindre 10% des superficies correspondantes (12% au niveau français). Le chargement est relativement peu pénalisant pour les éleveurs bretons puisque 48% des vaches allaitantes et 28% des bovins mâles donneront droit à la prime à l'extensification. Enfin 13% des vaches allaitantes seraient exclues du bénéfice de la prime en raison de leur présence dans un troupeau mixte.
