Abstract

Le nombre d'agriculteurs rencontrant des difficultés financières susceptibles de les obliger a cesser leur activité semble s'être accru notablement en France depuis le début de la crise des revenus agricoles. L'étude apporte des éléments importants sur la connaissance des modalités pratiques d'application de la procedure et donc la prise en compte des difficultés financières des exploitations. Elle fournit un ensemble de données sur les bénéficiaires dans un groupe de départements suffisamment important et varie. Les éléments mis en valeur soulèvent des interrogations sur les problèmes poses par la population aidée comme sur des groupes qui se trouvent à sa périphérie.
