Abstract

Das duale System entwickelt sich an der Universität weiter fort, viele Arbeiten beschäftigen sich mit der Besonderheit dieser Ausbildung und den betroffenen Studierenden. Ausgehend von einer Forschungsarbeit soll hier der Werdegang von Studierenden mit Masterabschluss in der herkömmlichen Ausbildung und der dualen Ausbildung verglichen werden, um festzustellen, ob sich die duale Ausbildung in spezieller Weise auf die berufliche Eingliederung auswirkt. Eine Ad hoc-Untersuchung an einer Universität zeigt, dass die festgestellten Diskrepanzen von den in den Fachrichtungen unterschiedlichen dualen Gepflogenheiten, aber auch von den Auswirkungen der Arbeitsmarktsegmentierung herrühren, die mit der speziellen Ausbildung zusammenhängen. ‪
