Abstract

Si certaines dimensions de la diversité sont abordées au moment de la gestion de carrière, peu de chercheurs ont exploré la mise en œuvre de la diversité dans la gestion des mobilités internes. Cet article vise donc à explorer l'articulation théorique possible entre diversité et mobilité interne afin d'en comprendre les spécificités au travers de 4 grandes entreprises, et plus précisément en ce qui concerne les collaborateurs cadres. L'objet principal découlant de ce questionnement est de pouvoir démontrer en quoi il est important pour les dirigeants de s'intéresser à la diversité lors de tous les processus et pas seulement au moment du recrutement.
