Abstract

Notre article porte sur les stratégies des firmes multinationales (FMN) occidentales en Afrique du Nord. Il s'intéresse à l'influence de la Révolution tunisienne sur les relations siège-filiales en questionnant l'évolution de l'orientation stratégique des ressources humaines (RH) déployée par deux FMN françaises implantées en Tunisie durant les années 2000 et après 2011. Les résultats montrent une évolution des perceptions et des attentes des salariés tunisiens. Ceci a conduit à une évolution de l'orientation stratégique des FMN, d'une approche ethnocentrique à régiocentrique dans un cas et géocentrique dans l'autre. Nous mettons également l'accent sur les facteurs expliquant cette évolution, dans un contexte postRévolution tunisienne.
