Abstract

L'objet de cette étude est de permettre la quantification des emplois directs et indirects en centrant l'analyse sur les filières d'élevage en Bretagne. Nous avons mesuré l'ensemble des flux économiques et organisé ceux-ci dans une matrice de comptabilité sociale. La méthodologie retenue dans cette étude est décrite dans une première partie qui rappelle aussi les résultats obtenus jusqu'à présent dans la littérature. Nous avons construit des matrices de comptabilité sociale d'abord au niveau de la France, puis pour la Bretagne. Les sources de données sont expliquées dans la deuxième partie, les hypothèses nécessaires aux constructions des matrices de comptabilité sociale sont listées dans la troisième partie.
