Abstract

Nous vous proposons ici de présenter de manière simplifiée quels sont les essentiels changements de l'agriculture bretonne depuis environ trente ans, d'en dégager les principaux mécanismes, de faire apparaître quels en sont les atouts et les insuffisances. Une connaissance précise et rigoureuse des transformations passées et des forces sociales et économiques qui les ont impulsées peut donner les moyens d'être moins dépourvu face aux incertitudes de l'avenir ; cependant, cette analyse ne sera que partielle, dans la mesure où elle insiste davantage sur les structures et les variables comptables que sur l'explication par les prix.
