Abstract

Personal microcredits benefit people who are excluded from traditional banking bundling services, to finance their personal projects. Partnerships between some cooperative banks and social structures allow people to access this possibility. This article is the result of a regional survey in France concerning personal microcredit devices. We identify and analyze three main forms of cooperation between banks and social structures. Our results indicate to what extent interorganizational cooperation transforms the cooperative banking sphere.
