Abstract

L'objectif est de montrer en quoi la théorie néo-institutionnelle permet d'étudier, de comprendre ce que serait un management fiable du risque en pharmacovigilance, puis de proposer une contribution par l'entreprenariat institutionnel fondé sur une expérience empirique menée sur notre terrain de recherche dans le domaine des essais cliniques. Autrement dit comment faire évoluer par adaptations des arènes locales de l'institution hiérarchique des essais cliniques, la manière de manager le risque, conformément aux préconisations de la norme ISO 31000:2009.
