Sciences du danger et éthique des organisations : une approche à développer !

Abstract

Par la globalisation en cours s'esquisse une économie monde que l'on pourrait représenter autour de trois repères, marqueurs de transformation, de mutation, si ce n'est de métamorphose :-une prise de conscience émergente par nombre de gouvernants et de dirigeants de l'importance de leur responsabilité sociétale (rSE) ;-une exigence de « comportements et pratiques éthiques » de tous les Agents ;-une préoccupation vitale pour la pérennité de leurs organisations d'appréhender la prévention de la réalisation du danger par des politiques de pilotage et de gestion des risques en « sécurité globale ». Après avoir répondu au double questionnement : « de quoi les sciences du danger sont-elles la chose ? » et « de quoi une éthique des organisations est-elle le nom ? », sera explicité le lien entre les concepts des cindyniques, sciences du danger, et la notion managériale de « sûreté éthique ». Enfin sera dressé un cadre pour une opérationnalité, et des moyens à diligenter pour satisfaire une « sûreté éthique » raisonnable. Pour conclure sera soulignée l'ardente nécessité de promouvoir, tant dans l'enseignement supérieur qu'au sein des organisations, la maîtrise des dangers, la responsabilité sociétale et l'éthique appliquée aux organisations.
