Monsieur Frantisek Cuba : la légende d'un entrepreneur paradoxal

Abstract

La mise en avant, relativement récente, dans les programmes des écoles de management , la littérature académique ainsi que les discours des managers sur l'efficacité sup-posée des nouveaux entrepreneurs dans la gestion des entreprises ne pourraient-ils pas être rapprochés de ce que l'on pourrait désigner comme une nouvelle « utopie managériale » ? S'agit-il d'un phénomène nouveau ou de la résurgence des modèles de gestion paternalistes traditionnels ? A la recherche des éléments de réponse, nous nous intéresserons à l'émergence de trois « nouveaux » questionnements dans le management des entreprises concernant la responsabilité de l'entrepreneur, sa réputation (son image) et enfin, les risques managériaux et sociétaux auxquels l'entrepreneur s'expose et expose son entreprise. Ces trois questionnements nous amèneront à l'interrogation suivante : Assistons nous à la naissance d'un super-héros doté des pouvoirs innés, selon le professeur Zoltan Acs du Center for Entrepreneurship and Public Policy (Acs 2010) pour lequel « Le monde a besoin de super-héros, surtout lorsque les temps sont durs » ou plus précisément à la survalorisation d'une figure socio-économique ? Ou alors s'agit-il d'une construction polysémique, élaborée au cours de l'histoire, à laquelle les dernières décennies ont apporté des contours et structures nouvelles ?
