Abstract

De quoi parle−t−on ? Le terme de responsabilité sociale (ou sociétale) d'entreprise tend aujourd'hui à faire partie du langage courant. Associée à la notion plus globale de développement durable¸ la RSE fait l'objet d'initiatives internationales (ONU¸ OCDE¸ Commission européenne)¸ de textes de loi (par exemple loi relative aux nouvelles régulations économiques de mai 200f en France¸ loi sur les labels sociaux en Belgique¸ 2002)¸ de normes nationales et internationales de nature diverse¸ notamment la norme ISO 26000 (2010). La RSE laisse pourtant un ensemble de questions importantes ouvertes et souffre encore¸ au−delà des bonnes intentions qui lui sont associées et malgré de nombreuses tentatives¸ d'un défaut de conceptualisation. Nous allons procéder à un certain nombre de questionnement et tenter de synthétiser un certain nombre de concepts.
