Abstract

Les DRH affrontent aujourd'hui deux enjeux difficilement conciliables : la poursuite de la rentabilité et la recherche du bien commun. Leur antinomie est au cœur de la GRH contemporaine. Elle a sur le lien social des effets contrastés. Ils seront examinés au Jil d'une argumentation dont le caractère doctrinal est consciemment assumé. Le premier enjeu pousse à l'alignement de la fluidité des travailleurs sur celle des ressources financières. La transformation du travail en performance emprunte deux axes principaux : l'intensification de la concurrence pour l'emploi et la déconstruction de la relation d'emploi. L'une et l'autre fragilisent le lien social (première partie). le second enjeu a été revivifié par les tenants de la RSE. la décision¸ en GRH¸ a inévitablement un impact sur autrui. Elle possède par essence une dimension éthique porteuse d'une fragile espérance de restauration du lien social (seconde partie). Cette dernière peut conduire à l'émergence d'un nouveau modèle managérial¸ celui d'une entreprise équitable¸ met− tant en œuvre une GRH « décente ».
