Abstract

Pour constituer un référentiel éthique pertinent pour le management l'humanisme peut être réexaminé dans ses composantes essentielles. La notion essentielle du corpus humaniste contemporain qu'est la dignité humaine est le critère décisif à l'aune duquel s'évalue telle ou telle pratique de management des ressources humaines. La dignité humaine selon ses exigences intrinsèques et ses corrélats (personne¸ respect¸ responsabilité…) joue ainsi un rôle directeur d'une éthique robuste du management.
