Abstract

Prix du meilleur cas en management international Atlas AFMI-CCMP 2018 Présente sur un marché de niche, la PME niçoise Musiquae a mis en place une stratégie d'internationalisation en sous-traitant une partie de sa production à l'étranger et en animant un réseau de distributeurs à l'étranger. Développant des produits innovants pour des audiophiles et des studios d'enregistrement de grande renommée, elle présente son avantage concurrentiel relatif au « Made in France » comme principal facteur clé de succès. Mais elle subit des problèmes d'atteinte à sa propriété industrielle. De ce fait, Musiquae souhaite mener une réflexion stratégique sur la protection de son savoir-faire afin d'entamer une nouvelle démarche d'internationalisation et pérenniser ses activités sur ses actuels marchés.
