Abstract

Pour dépasser les impasses de la comptabilité nous mobilisons deux exemple de comptabilité extra-comptable : le TABC dans des établissement publics de santé, le CARE chez les opérateurs privés ayant délégation pour gérer un service public d'eau. Malgré un certain nombre de limites, ces système extra-comptables jouent un rôle de frontière, de mise en visibilité de la valeur du service public -même incalculable- au regard dans les coûts des hôpitaux ou de mise en visibilité des rentes dans les Délégations de Service Public.
