Abstract

À l'écoute d'un groupe de designers professionnels aidés de leurs clients, nous mettons en relief la pluralité des ressources mobilisées et transformées à travers des boucles de construction de compétences. Pour autant, c'est surtout une combinaison quasi alchimique qui émerge des résultats. Le designer active des compétences qui lui sont propres, à la fois contraint et porté par la situation dans laquelle il intervient et interagit.
