Abstract

La blockchain est une technologie de l'information qui connait un développement rapide. Cet article empirique en cours vise à présenter cette technologie et sa situation actuelle sur le marché, ainsi qu'à déterminer si une révolution (terme utilisé par le grand public) est en marche, à savoir si de nouveaux modèles d'affaires vont émerger comme cela a été le cas avec l'avènement du Web 2.0. Pour cela, nous avons opté pour une revue fondéee sur des articles et des conférences grand public. Les résultats démontrent que des défis doivent encore être surmontés avant une adoption massive. Enfin, nous discutons des tendances sociétales que sont la perte de confiance envers les institutions ainsi que la désintermédiation qui pourraient laisser penser qu'une révolution se dessine.
