Sanction en Martinique d'une entente atypique sur appel d'offres

Abstract

Le secteur de l'entretien des espaces verts en Martinique vient de faire l'objet d'une sanction de l'Autorité de la concurrence en raison d'une entente sur les prix de soumissions entre quatre sociétés. L'entente est néanmoins atypique, à la fois car elle concerne des sociétés appartenant au même groupe et en raison du fait que, contrairement à ce genre de pratiques, elle n'avait pas pour objectif d'élever artificiellement les prix du marché.
