Abstract

Nous pouvons nous le dire : le thème du présent dossier, « l'entreprise libérée », est à la mode, et il y a toujours un risque à parler du présent sans posséder le recul historique nécessaire à l'établissement d'un bilan. Cependant, l'engouement actuel, quasi fétichiste, autour de l'entreprise libérée ne peut laisser insensible la sphère académique et universitaire qui, loin de pouvoir se contenter de la perception sensible et de l'expérience partagée, mène l'enquête avec force méthode afin d'en savoir un peu plus. De quelle liberté s'agit-il ? Quel en est le sens et quelles en sont les finalités ? Les processus de libération ne s'accompagnent-ils que de bénéfices et de plaisir, ou possèdent-ils également leur face obscure ? Et l'ancien ne fait-il pas peau neuve avec de belles expressions qui disent des choses déjà connues ? Faut-il, in fine, succomber à la mode de l'entreprise libérée sans autre précaution ? C'est à de telles questions que s'attaque ce numéro de la RIPCO.
